Event Lighting Design
Lighting That Sets the Whole Tone
MMPAV designs and programs stage and event lighting for corporate conferences, galas, and product launches across Orange County and Southern California. From a single keynote wash to a fully programmed general session with intelligent fixtures, we build a lighting look that matches your brand and makes the stage feel intentional.
Good lighting design is invisible until you notice how good the room feels. Our designers plot fixture positions, color, and cues against your run of show, then program the board so every transition, from walk-in to awards reveal, lands on time. We balance stage lighting with camera needs so the room looks right in person and on the stream.
Because lighting lives alongside our AV, LED, and video teams under one roof, your lighting designer is in the same production conversation as the people running sound and screens. No finger-pointing between vendors, no mismatched looks, just one crew building one cohesive show.

Common Questions
What Planners Ask Before They Book
A lighting designer plots fixtures, color, and cues for your space, then programs the lighting console to your run of show. Packages can include stage washes, intelligent moving fixtures, uplighting, gobo or logo projection, and an on-site board operator for the live show.
Yes, and it matters. Stage lighting has to be balanced against LED wall brightness and camera exposure so the room reads well live and on the stream. MMPAV runs lighting, LED, and video as one crew, so those levels are set together, not fought over.
Yes. Modern LED fixtures let us dial specific brand colors for washes, uplighting, and accents. Share your brand palette and we will build the look around it.
Yes. For programmed shows we include a board operator who runs cues live, so transitions hit on time and the look stays consistent from the first walk-in to the closing reception.
