These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at mmpav.com (the "Site") operated by MiMedia Productions, doing business as MMPAV ("we," "us," or "our"), located at 16171 Scientific Way, Irvine, CA 92618. By accessing the Site or submitting an inquiry through our contact forms, you agree to these Terms.

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

2. Services and Proposals

Information on the Site about our AV, lighting, video, streaming, and mobile network services is for general marketing purposes. Submitting a contact form, scheduling a call, or receiving a proposal does not create a binding contract. Event production services are governed only by a signed statement of work, proposal acceptance, or other written agreement between you and MMPAV.

Quotes, availability, pricing, and scope estimates provided through the Site or email are subject to change until confirmed in a signed agreement.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, video reels, and design elements, is owned by MMPAV or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written consent.

Portfolio images and client names displayed on the Site are used with permission or as part of our production work. Unauthorized use of client trademarks or event footage is prohibited.

4. User Submissions

When you submit information through our contact forms, you represent that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge. You grant us permission to use that information to respond to your inquiry, prepare proposals, and communicate about potential services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MMPAV and its officers, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on Site content.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site (excluding claims covered by a signed production agreement) shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct where such limitation is prohibited.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MMPAV from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
